1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Personalized or perishable products cannot be returned.

2. Refund Process

3. Exchanges

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please reach out to us immediately for a replacement.

4. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise, and notify us immediately at support@purespaw.com.

If your package is missing, please check around your property to see if it was placed in a secure location. You can track your package on the shipping carrier’s website to see proof of delivery.

If the package is not found, notify us within three days of the scanned delivery date at support@purespaw.com. We will start a trace with the carrier and take the necessary follow-up steps. This process typically takes 2-3 business days. If you received an incorrect or defective item, please reach out to us immediately for a replacement.
