How do I check my order status?
You can track your order by visiting the this Page and entering your tracking number or order details. You’ll also receive a tracking email once your order ships!
When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order is processed and shipped (typically within 1-2 business days), you’ll get a tracking email with real-time updates.
What if my tracking number isn’t updating?
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear. If it hasn’t updated after that, feel free to contact us at help@purepaws.me.
Delivery & Shipping
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
- Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout
- Orders outside the contiguous U.S. have a $25 surcharge
What if my order is delayed?
Shipping delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived beyond the expected timeframe, contact us, and we’ll investigate.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need an address update, email help@purepaws.me ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with your neighbors or local courier. If you still can’t find it, contact us, and we’ll assist in filing a claim.
My order arrived damaged or incomplete—what should I do?
We want everything to be perfect! If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please email help@purepaws.me with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
